- An entry-level position, working 40 hours a week in our Hengelo office (our office is located next to the railway station)

Job Title: Translation Administrative Coordinator
Would you like to work with people from all over the world on a daily basis? At SDL Netherlands B.V. (part of the RWS Group) you will join a young, dynamic in-house team handling the translation of projects into Dutch for virtually every leading multinational on the planet.
To support our team of in-house translators, we are looking for a Translation Administrative Coordinator. In this role you will help prepare, resource and deliver translation projects. You take ownership of projects, resourcing these to our experienced freelance translators as you deem best. In doing this, you will be guided by your line manager on site and the project teams from RWS offices in virtually every time zone.

You have completed at least level 4 secondary vocational education (preferably with a focus on administrative roles) or equivalent education, are able to communicate easily, and are fluent in Dutch and English. You are capable of working on a project basis, working efficiently and switching quickly between activities. You are accurate, organized and able to work under pressure. You are able to master new software quickly. You enjoy being part of an extensive network in the Netherlands and abroad. Work experience in the translation industry is not required.
