      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the implementation of the NIH-funded Blueprint study
      - Ensure timely implementation of all major milestones for the Data Coordinating Center
      - Develop and implement consent procedures and training for clinical center personnel
      - Manage data capture system and ensure data quality
      - Communicate with NIH and study PIs at OHSU and Duke

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctoral Degree in a biomedical research science and 5 years of relevant post-doctoral research experience
      - 5 years of clinical research experience
      - 5 years of collaborative project management experience
      - 5 years of project management experience, including managing clinical research personnel
      - 5 years of teaching undergraduates or graduate students in a university

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to manage projects in an academic setting
      - Demonstrated experience in leading program development and/or quality improvement projects
      - Successful grant proposal submissions (prior funding)
      - Prior experience leading data collection, data management, and data analysis for multi-year projects
      - Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative measurement
