コグニザントが提供するサービスにおいて、お客様とコグニザント社員間、もしくは、コグニザント社員間で通訳が必要となったとき、同席もしくは電話会議等で参加し、日本語―英語間の通訳業務にあたる

コグニザントがサービスを提供する上で必要な資料の日本語への翻訳、もしくは、英語への翻訳業務にあたる

上記業務を遂行するに当たり必要な知識の習得（たとえば保険の業務知識の習得など）や用語集などの整備を行う

5年以上の通訳・翻訳業務
