      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist registered nurses with scheduling and care coordination for patients in the Transplant Care Navigation program
      - Communicate and coordinate with patients and care partners to ensure appointment attendance
      - Document all activities and update patient medical records accurately
      - Utilize critical thinking and time management skills to facilitate patient scheduling
      - Assist with various projects assigned by the direct supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree required
      - 1-2 years of related experience
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills in a telephonic environment
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
      - Must have a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet of more than 20 Mbps

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Scheduling training preferred
      - At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred
      - Prior remote employee experience strongly preferred
      - EPIC proficiency preferred
