      Position: Transport Admin Clerk
      Grade: RCS O
      Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
      Location: Mallusk
      Salary: £26000
      Shift pattern: 2 week rotation - Week 1 6am - 6pm Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday, Week 2 6am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday.
      Closing date: Tuesday 26th March

      We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

      • Assist with leading and managing drivers;
      • Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's;
      • Daily operations issue management and resolution for transport with local warehouse;
      • Ensuring and sampling pre-shift checks (yard checks) and the defect process;
      • Accident and breakdown management via DHL standard operating procedures;
      • Deputise for FLM on calls when requested.

      • Experience of working within office administration;
      • Strong numerical skills;
      • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications;
      • Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
      • Transport logistics experience would be desirable;
      • Supervisory skills - managing individual performance/absenteeism/conflict and development would be desirable.
