DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team in our transport department.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

Role Purpose:

• The role of a Transport Operator supports the safe, legal and efficient operations of transport.
• It supports the Duty FLM and Transport Manager in ensuring all transport admin and systems are up to date in line with both legal and DHL requirements, as well as assistance in the full and effective brief, de-brief of drivers.
• Transport Operators are dedicated to transport tasks and should have a good awareness of transport legal compliance.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a transport operation - Advantageous
• Good numerical skills (Essential)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Essential)
• DHL Operator Licence Awareness (available by DHL training) - (Desirable)
• Business & Admin qualification (Desirable)
• Transport Certificate of Professional Competence (Desirable)
• Good degree of IT literacy (Essential)
