      Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Transport Administrator to join our BT site in Northallerton , on full time, permanent basis. You will be working Monday – Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 – 15:00.

      What you’ll do on a typical day:

      • Liasing with the Facilities Team ensuring tasks are reported and completed in a timely fashion
      • Ensuring all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high standard
      • Owning the de-briefing process with the drivers
      • Undertaking any other reasonable task as required.

      What you need to succeed at GXO:

      • Knowledge of Transport Management system is highly beneficial
      • Previous experience within a transport organisation
      • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
