- Total number of weekly/annual hours: 42
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern 06:00 – Start times
- Supporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
- H&S compliance, ensuring and promoting the best H&S Standards using Safe, sound check lists, safety conversations and Gemba problem solving processes
- Supporting First Line Managers with accurate and timely daily brief & de-brief of drivers to the DHL standard
- Vehicle history file admin and upkeep
- DHL Training & Licence Checking - admin & update
- Production of daily/weekly/monthly transport reporting
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent People Management skills
- Excellent people and team building skills
- IT Literate, with Microsoft office packages
