Job Description
- Req#: 9154
- Intercompany planning: Behoeftes opvolgen in SAP, transport regelen, productiedata afstemmen.
- Transportplanning: Transportstatus opvolgen, shipments toewijzen, labels aanmaken, communicatie met customer service en dispatching, containers boeken, evaluatievergaderingen bijwonen, verbeteringsprojecten.
- Douane documenten: Exportdocumenten opmaken, vervoersdocumenten communiceren, douanedocumenten opvolgen.
- Transportkosten: Kostenafwijkingen becommentariëren, provisies aanpassen, transportkosten opvolgen.
- Klachtenbehandeling: Logistieke klachten afhandelen via SAP – QIM module.
- Administratie transportfacturen: Transportprovisies controleren, facturen valideren en inboeken, CMR’s opvragen, selfbills aanmaken, samenwerken met boekhouding.
- Administratie paletten: Palletbewegingen inboeken, palletsaldo’s opvolgen, communicatie met customer service, paletten factureren, LPR paletten bestellen.
- Een afgeronde opleiding in Handel, Expeditie of een gelijkwaardige Technische richting.
- Ervaring in de transportsector is een pluspunt.
- Goede kennis van informatica (Outlook, Excel, Word) is vereist; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, met een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
