  You are hands-on, detailed-oriented, collaborative, and have a strong foundation in Supply Chain. You love opportunities to learn new topics and improve processes. And you always focus on delivering superior customer service to your partners throughout the business.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor carrier SLAs and address with carrier on a monthly basis.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of all Transportation Data sources (transportation management systems, freight payment systems, SAP, etc.)
  • Create and maintain monthly reports to senior management for outbound cost reporting
  • Utilize data sources to mine data; create meaningful reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office applications; partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance reports and dashboards where appropriate
  • Audit Transportation invoices weekly.
  • Develop performance KPIs for carriers.
  • Partner with carrier contacts to develop enhanced KPI monitoring to be presented to the Transportation team quarterly
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and reporting for outbound freight as required
  • Participate in transportation and related projects as required
  • Support and Back up: Provide support and back up to Transportation group who may be out of office.

  You’ll Need to Have:

  • 1 - 4 years of experience with Supply Chain experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
  • Must be “team player” oriented
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Analytical with strong Excel skills
  • Team-player with excellent relationship-building skills

  We’d Love to See:

  • Degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience
  • Apparel or footwear experience highly preferred
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced environment

  $60,000.00-$100,000.00
