Job Description
- Req#: 473168
- Interact with clients and check daily information on clients’ reports.
- Create clients photo IDs and replace the lost and stolen ones.
- Enter information in SEAMS, Salesforce, On Line Time Keeping and Metro card Roster.
- Disburse metro cards to clients and keep an accurate log of all transactions.
- Perform call-in function at the completion of each Orientation session for clients that fail to report for same day Orientation.
- Post FTR in SEAMS for clients that fail to report for the same day Orientation.
- Enter Daily New Referrals for next day Orientation.
- Submit transportation reports to the Fiscal Department and replenish metro cards supply. Reconcile all metro card reports.
- Perform other activities, such as: answer the phones, greet customers, submit daily/weekly and monthly reports.
- High School Diploma or GED with two years clerical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service experience.
- Previous experience with data entry & file management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Some Salesforce experience helpful but not required.
- Experience working within social services or heavy customer service based environment helpful.
- Bilingual/English helpful.

Responsible for Data Entry in Seams and Salesforce, metro card distribution, entries and audits in On Line Time Keeping System.
