      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Route and schedule company trucks, shipments, and 3rd party carriers
      - Resolve customer complaints and issues related to shipping
      - Build and leverage trusting relationships with internal and external business partners
      - Use established tools and procedures to identify, organize, and categorize information
      - Provide routine support through the exchange of job-related information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic knowledge of parcel transportation carriers, services, processes, and pricing
      - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and cross-train to learn different skills with confidence
      - Strong sense of urgency and ability to independently prioritize workload
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of related work area processes and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in logistics or transportation scheduling
      - Familiarity with customer service in a shipping context
      - Proven ability to develop creative solutions for business challenges
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
