Job Overview
This position is an administrative support position to the transportation department, including light accounting and maintaining transportation department information in Microsoft applications and other types of logs.
What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
• Reconcile payables invoices with appropriate company GL Codes.
• Reconcile invoices with purchase receipts.
• Fuel and Hotel Transaction Validation.
• Accounts Receivable – Billing
• Collections - Aging Reports
• Make travel arrangements for staff.
• Drivers’ expenses and preparation for approval.
• Comdata Card maintenanceThings you need to be able to do:
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other departments.
• Problem Solving and Account reconciliation skills are required.
• Performing multiple tasks with speed, as well as accuracy, are needed.
• Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Outlook skills preferred.Things that are a plus:
• High School Diploma or higher education
