What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process travel claims independently in accordance with established policies
- Analyze and interpret business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans, and regulations
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with claimants and suppliers in a professional manner
- Consistently meet performance standards for claims processing quality and quantity
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and current knowledge of plans relevant to claims processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or claims processing within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently within established guidelines
