      POSITION PURPOSE

      To help organize activities and travels for the Prosperity Bank Travel Club Account holders.

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

      1. Distribute quarterly newsletters
      2. Host monthly events
      3. Take event reservations and payments
      4. Maintain liability release forms for all travelers
      5. Assist the Travel Club Account holders with business transactions
      6. Establish good customer relations
      7. Build Travel Club membership in supported areas, working with Area Sales Development,

      Area Managers and Area Executives

      1. Open, revise and close accounts for Travel Club customers
      2. Serve as Travel Club bank representative on Trips
      3. Ensure approvals are obtained when necessary from Travel Club Director, Compliance and Marketing
      4. Ensure all reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner
      5. Follow established Travel Club procedures, working within defined guidelines
      6. Other duties as assigned


      QUALIFICATIONS

      Education/Certification: H igh school graduate or equivalent

      Required Knowledge: S ales and customer service experience preferred

      Experience Required: One to two years of office experience

      Skills/Abilities: H ave good computer skills (Word & Excel)

      Have knowledge of senior travelers and activities

      Possess organizational skills

      Be very creative

      Be willing to take both overnight and extended trips


      Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (After hours/travel hours)
