What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air, car, and hotel arrangements
- Develop long-standing relationships with members to build referral and repeat business
- Make tailored recommendations to enhance members’ travel experiences
- Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience
- Participate in training programs that may require some travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; preference for a 2 or 4-year college degree
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and urine sample drug screening
- At least 2 years of successful retail sales or banking experience preferred, or a leisure travel agency background
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage paperwork effectively
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and web browsers, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM

- Passion for travel beyond a hobby or wish
- Availability to work most Saturdays and some evenings
- Experience in a goal-oriented environment
- Strong sales drive and ability to exceed goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
