En RCI, estamos en la búsqueda de vendedores expertos en call center que quieran potenciar su talento en ventas y alcanzar comisiones ilimitadas mientras ayudan a nuestros socios a planificar sus viajes soñados.
¿Qué harás?
Detectar oportunidades de venta y asesorar a cada cliente con un servicio personalizado.
Cerrar ventas con habilidades de persuasión y negociación.
Gestionar nuestra propia cartera de clientes, sin necesidad de buscarlos.
Brindar una atención excepcional, respondiendo dudas, sugerencias y reclamos de nuestros socios.

Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas en call center (deseable)
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
Actitud positiva y compromiso con los resultados
Puntualidad y responsabilidad
Disponibilidad para trabajar en Zonamerica
Formación o experiencia en turismo (deseable, pero no excluyente)
Horario:
Lunes a viernes, 6 horas diarias
2 sábados al mes, 8 horas
