  What you'll be doing:
  
  - Prospecting responsibilities, including calling, texting, emailing, and using social media to reach out to interested nurses and surgical technicians
  - Conducting interviews to verify qualifications, skills, and suitability of healthcare professionals
  - Collaborating with other departments to place Travelers and provide ongoing customer service
  - Supporting positive working relationships with Travelers through phone and electronic communication
  - Negotiating and explaining salary and employment terms to Travelers
  
  What we're looking for:
  
  - Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  - Experience being accountable to metrics
  - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, persuasion, and sales skills
  - Successful customer service experience
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet, and general business software applications
  
  Compensation:
  
  - Base salary of $40,000.00/year with variable compensation and unlimited earning potential with no caps
