7pm-7:30am
NYS License
Must have Point Click experience
Must have supervisor experience in a LTC setting
BLS
4 units
The facility has a mix of long term , short term and dementia .
No trachs or vents
Acuity level depends on admissions and the current resident medical status .
Head to toe assessment , ER transfers in collaboration with medical providers , admission and order second checks.
