- License Required: RN License (state-specific, active)
- A: 47 beds
- C: 50 beds (COVID unit, currently closed)
- G: 59 beds
- H: 40 beds (secure dementia unit)
- J: 59 beds
- K: 45 beds
- Serve as building supervisor on nights/evenings/weekends
- Oversee floor RN/LPN/CNA staff (not part of direct staffing grid)
- Monitor resident condition changes, handle fall assessments, IV starts, central line and chest tube care
- Coordinate with MD/NP for resident care
- Schedule labs, x-rays, outside services as needed
- Support care planning and team communication for short-term rehab residents
- LTC, SNF, rehab, dementia (18+), hospice residents (2 dedicated rooms)
