Job Description & Requirements
Experience / Education / Qualifications:-Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license – Required upon submission-Healthcare Provider Level BLS (BLS/BCLS) – Required-Minimum Experience: 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical experience required-EMR Experience: Candidates MUST have recent Epic EMR experience-Note: No excessive RTO (Requested Time Off) will be approved39 (286190)
