      Health Carousel is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Urbana, Illinois.

      Job Description & Requirements

      Department Specific Job Functions:
      -Assess IV sites every 4 hours.
      -Start new IVs per Carle policy.
      -Must maintain documentation standards as evidenced by passed quarterly chart audits.
      -Must attend 5 out 6 staff meetings per yea.r
      -Identify change in patient status and respond appropriately.
      Required Skills & Experience:
      -Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.
      -Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English.
      -Basic computer knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser.
      -Multicultural sensitivity.
      -Critical thinking skills using independent judgement in making decisions.

      Required Education:
      -ASN

      Preferred Education:
      -BSN

      Required Certifications & Licensure:
      -Illinois state RN License in good standing
      -BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
