      Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology

      If you are passionate about providing compassionate care to cancer patients, join us as aRegistered Nurse (RN)specializing in Oncology. In this role, you will support patients undergoing cancer treatments while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments as prescribed by physicians.
      • Monitor patients for side effects or complications related to cancer treatments and provide appropriate interventions.
      • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication management, and coping strategies during recovery.
      • Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
      • Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging situations.
      • Document patient progress accurately in medical records while adhering to regulatory standards.

      Work Environment:

      • The role is based in hospitals, oncology clinics, or infusion centers where RNs provide direct support to cancer patients during treatments like chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
      • This position requires compassion, attention to detail, and adaptability when working with patients undergoing complex medical treatments.
