Your Day-to-Day:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and occupational needs.
• Design and implement customized therapy plans to enhance independence in daily living and work activities.
• Use creative, goal-driven interventions to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive recovery.
• Collaborate with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver the highest level of care.
• Accurately document progress in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, home programs, and equipment usage.
What We’re Looking For:
• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas (or willingness to obtain).
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for empowering patients to live life independently and confidently.
