- Minimum 5 years of inpatient hospital experience
- California Pharmacist License – active & in good standing
- Experience with Allscripts charting system required
- Strong knowledge of hospital formulary and IV preparation
- PharmD
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
