- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve movement, strength, balance, and coordination
- Utilize modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy when appropriate
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued rehabilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists
- Document patient progress, response to treatment, and therapy outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility protocols
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate preferred)
- Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or acute care setting
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with neuro and orthopedic rehab populations is a plus
