      Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
      Location: Farmington, ME Schedule: Day shift – M-F 8-430 or a Baylor weekend shift – F/S/S or S/S/MDuration: 13 weeks
      Key Responsibilities:
      Implement a comprehensive range of therapeutic techniques including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain
      Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence
      Provide patient and caregiver education on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support long-term outcomes
      Conduct in-home patient assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels
      Travel to multiple patient homes within the assigned geographic territory
      Qualifications:
      Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required
      Current AHA BLS is required
      Ability to work independently in a home setting
      Knowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines using Oasis is Required
      Matrix Care EMR preferred, but will train during orientation
      2 years of Home Health experience required
      Mileage reimbursement is $0.60 per mile
