- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to determine functional impairments
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy programs tailored to patient needs
- Administer therapeutic interventions including strength training, gait training, manual therapy, and balance exercises
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home exercises, and preventive care
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to ensure integrated treatment plans
- Participate in discharge planning and transition of care
- Maintain compliance with state and facility-specific protocols
- Doctorate or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current North Carolina PT license or eligibility for compact licensure
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in inpatient or acute rehab settings
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
