- Review claimant medical records to assess psychological impairments and functional capacity
- Apply Social Security Administration (SSA) disability criteria to determine eligibility
- Collaborate with DDS Disability Analysts to support claim adjudication
- Provide expert consultation and training to DDS staff
- Work in a secure, electronic case processing environment
- Monday–Friday, flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM
- Initial 30-day onsite training in Raleigh, NC
- Hybrid schedule after training: 2 days/month onsite, remainder remote
- No on-call or callback responsibilities
- Active North Carolina Psychology License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team-based, electronic documentation environment
- Patient Volume: ~2 cases per hour
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
- Interview Process: Phone interview with hiring manager
- Orientation: 30-day onsite training with ongoing support
