What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality nurse travel candidates and allied healthcare professionals to various facilities
- Communicate with Hospital Account Managers and travelers regarding availability and assignment changes
- Maintain accurate traveler information and ensure compliance prior to placement
- Develop a growing pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective recruiting
- Conduct weekly quality control calls to maintain traveler satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word

- Experience in healthcare recruiting or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
