Shift:5:30 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
• 36 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live>50 miles from facility to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirements: Holiday rotation
Float Requirements: Floating mostly between 6th/7th floor (MS/Oncology). Floating throughout the facility and to all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius as needed
Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience&able to interpret cardiac telemetry required
Experience Required : M/S patient population&Oncology/neutropenic patients.
Skillset Required: Port utilization, chemo administration, bipap/cpap, initiating&titrating heparin/insulin drips
