- Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy in adult intensive care units (MICU, SICU)
- Independently assess and manage ventilator settings using lung-protective strategies
- Respond as a core member of the Code Blue team
- Operate and troubleshoot Dräger XL and V500 ventilators
- (Preferred) Assist in Level III NICU as needed
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an inpatient, Level I trauma setting
- Critical care experience in both MICU and SICU
- Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system
- Strong clinical judgment with proven autonomy in ventilator management
- Active Code Blue participation experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Massachusetts Respiratory Care License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Experience in Level III NICU
- Familiarity with Dräger XL and V500 ventilators
- ACCS (Adult Critical Care Specialist) certification
- NPS (Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist) certification

Shift Options:Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and clinically advanced Respiratory Therapists to support critical care services within a high-acuity, Level I trauma facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MICU and SICU care, be adept with ventilator management—including independent adjustments—and participate actively in Code Blue responses.
