What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert travel recommendations and serve as the go-to Travel Agent for customers.
- Prospect customers through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Engage in conversations with customers while navigating multiple systems and resources.
- Accurately book and confirm vacation reservations in a timely manner.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet or exceed assigned sales goals through effective strategies and feedback implementation.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work a full-time schedule between 35-45 hours per week based on business needs.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a proven ability to build client relationships.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with internet navigation, instant messaging tools, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, listening, and written mediums, with confidence in making outbound follow-up calls.
- Must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions with reliable internet connectivity (minimum speeds of 5.0 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download).

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a structured, virtual call center environment.
- Open to receiving coaching feedback and applying learnings from regular meetings.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
