What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle daily inquiries from advisors, providing support for ticketing and service-related queries
- Manage domestic and complex international air reservations to ensure seamless travel solutions
- Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while providing overall customer service
- Facilitate communication through calls, emails, and remote desktop sharing to resolve issues
- Escalate complex problems to higher levels of expertise when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with primary GDS platforms, preferably Sabre and Travelport+
- At least 2 years’ experience with secondary GDS platforms
- In-depth knowledge of GDS formats, air ticketing, hotel, cars, and non-ARC invoicing
- Familiarity with the international reservation process
- Ability to manage difficult situations independently and escalate issues as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a travel agent is preferred
- Knowledge of key GTC initiatives and effective communication skills
- Client base knowledge is a plus
- Flexibility in working hours
