      Position Summary

      The Senior Analyst of Travel Vendor Management is responsible for ensuring successful management of CVS Health’s travel program of 30K employees, and all associated vendors. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and serve as subject-matter expert on all aspects of travel platform functionality, as well as travel program operations.

      Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

      • Collaborating regularly with TMC Account Manager to align on initiatives, understand upcoming platform enhancements and changes.
      • Creating and implementing both traveler and agent-facing process improvements.
      • Identifying employee booking trends through data analysis and enforcing travel and expense policy compliance.
      • Driving savings through policy enforcement, utilization of partner benefits & soft dollar funds.
      • Managing relationships with all travel and transportation vendors including but not limited to airlines, hotel chains, rental car companies.
      Responsible for program implementation, oversight and success.
      • Overseeing HR data files, troubleshooting and adjusting profile settings & Single Sign On issues
      • Preparing memos, FAQs, guides, templates, intranet page updates and communicating any travel process changes to employees.
      • Monitor and improve procedures for the securing pre-paid travel arrangements.
      • Partner with TMC and security teams to ensure duty of care.
      • Serve as voice of traveler – gathering employee feedback including through surveys.
      • Staying informed on new industry news, trends and technologies.
      • Assisting with special projects as needed.


      Required Qualifications

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Concur travel
      • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar travel role, or extensive industry experience

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, including previous exposure to senior management and the ability to present information accordingly
      • Very strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Must be willing to train and educate users in new processes, policies, and procedures or technologies


      Education

      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $43,700.00 - $107,200.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
