      Hiring Traveling Operators for Geo-technical Construction Work.

      Job Description

      • Seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to join our traveling construction team.
      • You will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to contribute to the construction and maintenance of commercial, civil, and industrial infrastructures.
      • Expect to handle tasks such as digging, trenching, moving materials onsite, and working with specific equipment like front end loaders, dozers, backhoes, and specialized drilling and pumping machinery.
      • 50% operating /50% laboring - perform physical labor such as unloading beams, cutting beams, and dumping rocks

      Requirements

      • 2+ year of experience operating equipment on civil, geotechnical, earthwork or commercial projects.

      ○ Candidates will be in and out of equipment (50%), doing labor (50%)

      ○ Front end, skid, telehandler, drills, water truck, mini dozer (D3)

      ○ Unloading beams, cutting beams, unloading trucks, physical work, vibrator operator, dumping rocks

      ○ Some projects are very labor intensive, so the operators have to be flexible with that

      • Comfortable working outdoors in the elements, be able to lift 75 lb., and being comfortable and able to do the travel
      • MUST have reliable transportation
      • MUST have valid drivers license
      • Must be able to be away from home for weeks at a time.
      • Knowledge of John Deere and Komatsu machinery

      Work Site

      This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado. Travel is required all over the Rocky Mountain region. Areas: Rocky mountain region, Kansas, North Dakota to Texas. They will go as far Louisiana.

      Work Environment

      • This role requires a balanced combination of on-equipment and off-equipment tasks in a variety of geo-technical construction settings.
      • A typical day begins with a thorough safety orientation, followed by task assignments.
      • Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment where safety and teamwork are of the utmost importance.
