      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet patients and conduct daily patient rounding to set service expectations
      - Educate patients on services provided by Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition Services
      - Collaborate with staff to enhance inpatient experience and address patient concerns
      - Plan and execute hospitality training programs for staff
      - Analyze patient satisfaction data to improve service strategies and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree preferred
      - Hospitality management or Patient Care experience
      - Experience with high volume patient visiting, rounding, and surveying
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
      - Flexible schedule availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
      - Willingness to travel 100% of the time and open to relocation in the future

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in healthcare-related service roles
