- Experience as a Construction Manager, Racking or QC Foreman on Utility Scale Solar projects
- 4 years of Utility Scale Solar construction experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Experience working with solar tracking systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and construction math understanding
- Leadership skills and ability to maintain client relationships
- Safe working practices and success in managing projects on schedule and under budget
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time, throughout the US
- Provide technical support and expertise on solar tracking products
- Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations
- Conduct and document safety meetings
- Assist in project preplanning, including plan review, manpower, sequencing, and material requisitions
- Maintain communication with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Develop construction schedule forecasts and daily progress reports
- Work with subcontractors, temporary labor, electricians, and employees on planning and quality control
- Provide guidance and technical support on electrical and building components

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26
