What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist and educate users on risk solutions and services, focusing on call detail records and geo-location investigations
- Provide same-day responses to all customer support inquiries, ensuring complete resolution
- Build strong rapport with customers through proactive and professional communication
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback and suggestions with product and engineering teams
- Liaise with various teams, including engineering, product, sales, education, and subject matter experts to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accurint TraX
- Experience in customer service or a public-facing position
- Solid organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
- Ability to work both in a team setting and independently
- U.S. Citizenship required for this role

- Law enforcement experience as an investigator, detective, or analyst position
