      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist and educate users on risk solutions and services related to call detail records and geo-location investigations
      - Respond to all customer support inquiries on the same day, ensuring complete resolution
      - Build strong rapport with customers through timely, consistent, and professional communication
      - Advocate for customers by relaying feedback and suggestions to product and engineering teams
      - Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, product, sales, and education, to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accurint TraX
      - Experience in customer service or a public-facing position
      - Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
      - Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
      - U.S. citizenship required for this role

      - Law enforcement experience as an investigator, detective, or analyst
