Job Description
- Req#: 7774
- Download banking raw data and billing reports daily into complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Reconcile the bank data to the billing data - ability to interpret & analyze the reconciling items such as (deposits in transit, outstanding checks, and other items).
- Ability to understand various types of deposits posted with lag times
- Work with clinic location managers and upper management to report variances when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Power Query experience needed
- Excellent time management skills – the ideal candidate should be able to prioritize and meet month end deadlines without compromising the quality of work.

Ability to reconcile, maintain, and track large quantities of treasury deposit data between the company’s bank accounts and billing subledger daily for 150 locations.
