      The Treasury Analyst provides leadership and direction to the banking / cash management function. This position will collaborate with Senior Management and provide strategic cash management and decision support for critical business operations and projects. They will contribute to the company’s success by ensuring that we are financially efficient and operationally profitable. This role is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, OH with a hybrid schedule.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
      The ideal Treasury Analyst candidate has cash flow modeling corporate treasury experience, is curious, innovative, and process improvement-oriented. A key member of our Accounting department, you will play a vital role in managing our company’s cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring effective risk management.


      Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:

      CASH FLOW / LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT

      • Develop and implement solutions to improve global treasury processes and efficiencies.
      • Maintain treasury controls procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
      • Manage KYC requests and other bank compliance and legal documentation as requested.
      • Support Director of Treasury with the 13-week cash flow forecast and other special projects.
      • Backup to our cash desk analyst


      BANK RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

      • Support Director of Treasury in establishing and maintaining relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
      • Maintain bank portals and the Treasury Management System.


      RISK MANAGEMENT

      • Develop optimal solutions for global capitalization, including debt and liquidity, and working capital management.
      • Support Director of Treasury with global financial risk management and treasury operations, including cash mobilization, liquidity and cash management, and treasury information systems
      • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, including insurance coverage, to protect the company's financial position.
      • Ensure proper controls around cash remittances, bank setups, and various third-party relationships.


      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
      • 2-4 years of experience with both operational and strategic treasury matters
      • Experience in global cash forecast modeling
      • Broad Treasury experience and general business and finance experience
      • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
      • Familiarity with banking platforms and treasury management systems (Kyriba preferred).
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset, using both analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
      • Self-motivated and able to work in an ever-changing environment with efficiency and accuracy.
      • Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills.
      • Able to present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner to variety of different departments that motivates them to action.
      • Capable of achieving business results through highly collaborative and cross-functional team-work.
