- Perform daily cash management activities, including reviewing and releasing wire transfers, reviewing account balances, settlements, and transfers, utilizing Excel and Treasury Management System.
- Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments. Coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing or investments and assist in the execution of the related daily cash management duties.
- Assists with day-to-day treasury related tasks and investigation and resolution of queries.
- Assists with the allocation of incoming deposits, such as interest, maturity, swap, private placement, WCFN paydown settlements.
- Support execution of all internal liquidity such as Commercial Paper Issuance, FHLB and Repo borrowings.
- Working knowledge of Mutual Fund, Bank Deposit, Sweep Vehicle Investments.
- Experience in FX spot, option, future, interest, and cross currency swap settlements.
- Assists with update and development of treasury policies, procedures.
- Support month-end close activities. Assists with monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Implement, document, and ensure adherence to accounting policies, including evaluation of new securities and complex transactions.
- Establish and maintain key internal relationships (legal, compliance, investment management, etc.) and external banks/vendors.
- Serve as a lead FIS Integrity Treasury Management System (TMS) user.
- Perform backup support for additional treasury roles in production.
- 4 years of corporate treasury/financial service experience with the ability to apply finance and treasury principles coupled with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
- Working knowledge of treasury operations, corporate payment methods, and general banking services and products.
- Knowledge of insurance industry and technical knowledge of bank products and foreign exchange.
- A college degree in business with emphasis in finance, business, economics, or accounting is strongly desired.
- Experience in the Cash Management industry essential. Master’s Degree a plus.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred or willingness to complete the certification.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.

- Self-motivated raising a high bar for yourself and reaching beyond the bare minimum of what’s required.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Working knowledge of banking and treasury workstation applications and platforms. Working knowledge of the following systems: FIS Integrity TMS, ERP Systems, 360T, Redbridge, FIS SNG Global Trading Platform.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
