What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and reconcile cash and investment accounts daily
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Manage collections and process monthly billings for non-patient activity
- Execute payments for debt, interest rate swaps, and related expenses on time
- Produce analysis and reporting to support Treasury and Finance management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cash collections, cash payments, and credit card transactions
- Familiarity with treasury-related financial statement preparation
