      This position can be filled in either the Englewood, CO or Coppell, TX location.

      This is a hybrid position.

      JOB SUMMARY

      Primary responsibility is to analyze and maintain the daily cash position and the daily credit line position of the Company including research and analysis and other projects as assigned.

      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Analyze and maintain the daily cash needs of the Company including funding loan closings, borrowing against credit lines and working with pledged collateral loans.

      • Ensure compliance with debt covenants for lines of credit.

      • Develop knowledge of the overall Treasury operations relating to cash, credit lines and Treasury systems.

      • Develop a strong working relationship with outside banking partners.

      • Develop a strong working relationship with internal departments as it relates to cash management.

      • Prepare daily Treasury cash and credit related reports for both internal and external use.

      • Backup the Treasury Senior Analyst position.

      • Work on projects assigned by the VP of Treasury.

      REQUIRED EDUCATION

      · Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

      • Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years previous related experience.

      • Banking or Accounting equivalent work experience.

      • Mortgage industry experience preferred.

      • Knowledge of general Treasury Operations.

      • Strong computer skills, especially proficient with spreadsheets.

      • Kyriba Treasury Management System experience preferred.

      • Excels with repetitive job responsibilities.

      • Self-Starter that works well with Team and Individually.

      • Dependable and reliable.

      • Ability to communicate effectively with people both inside and outside the Company.

      Salary Range: $57,100 $65,000 annually depending upon experience.

      This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
