      What You Will Do

      As a Treasury Analyst, you will provide support to our various accounting functions, including treasury, accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate treasury records and reconciling discrepancies.

      Key Relationships: The Treasury Analyst will report to the Manager, Treasury.

      Location: The ideal candidate will be based out of our Vancouver location.

      At a high level you will:

      · Prepare a daily rolling 8-week cash flow forecast for the Finance Leadership Team.

      · Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.

      · Post journal entries in SAP and perform account reconciliations for accounts relating to the treasury department.

      · Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on cash, debt, and interest expense for a mix of internal and external stakeholders.

      · Assess short-term cash needs and manage draws and repayments of debt.

      · Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, including A/P, A/R, vendors, customers, and various banks.

      · Identify, analyze, and resolve complex banking issues affecting needed service and following up with the bank to ensure swift resolution.

      · Support wire payment processes through online banking platforms, checking for accuracy and appropriate backup.

      · Support FX processes including executing FX trades, confirming rates, and maintaining settlement instructions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

      · Perform other related duties, as assigned.

      Who You Are

      We would love to hear from you if you have:

      · Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a major in Accounting or Finance

      · Minimum 4 years of treasury and/or accounting experience

      · Previous experience with bank reconciliations

      · Previous experience with SAP journal entries and G/L account clearing.

      · Previous cash flow forecasting experience

      · Previous experience with debt management

      · Advanced Excel use and comfortable creating advanced formulas, complex spreadsheets, and visualization of data.

      · Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong analytical skills.

      · Independent problem solving and decision-making abilities, elevating issues where appropriate.

      · Self-motivated and capable of working both independently as well as part of a team.

      · Keen to learn and cross-train in various areas of treasury.

      · Strong verbal communication.

      · Organized and comfortable self-scheduling.
