What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to Transaction Banking's Global Investment and Japanese Corporate Banking segments
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal service partners to find solutions
- Provide exceptional client service support via phone, email, and secured messaging
- Ensure compliance with policy guidelines to mitigate risk and address compliance issues
- Foster a culture of risk and compliance discipline within the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience of 3-5 years in financial services or banking with a focus on Client Service and Treasury Management
- Must have Call Center or phone support experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with effective time management
- Bachelor's degree recommended

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with risk management-related requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
