What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in Transaction Banking’s Global Investment and Japanese Corporate Banking segments
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and secured messaging channels
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal service partners
- Conduct root cause analysis to address challenging client issues
- Ensure adherence to policy guidelines to mitigate risk and compliance issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services or banking, with a focus on client service and treasury management
- Previous call center or phone support experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is recommended
