      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking Treasury Management Sales Executive within Global Treasury Management to lead a team supporting the Corporate & Investment Banking segment.

      In this role, you will:

      • Oversee and execute the go to market strategy around comprehensive payments and working capital (liquidity management, supply chain, card, etc.) capabilities across all Wells Fargo Corporate Bank clients in Energy & Power, Industrials, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Commercial Real Estate, Media and Telecom segments.
      • Provide a structured and clear vision, leadership, and direction to the sales field to meet financial goals.
      • Take a multi-year view that is aligned to our strategic plan.
      • Provide direction to the sales organization by tying sales goals, pricing actions, and investments together with a focus on relationship returns and profitability.
      • Drive disciplined routines that inspect field sales activity to meet financial results. Ensures that account planning is in alignment with client coverage and relationship management teams. Provides the leadership and oversight to ensure that the gearing ratios of sales to enablement teams are aligned.
      • Own and drive discipline on the risk and control environment of the sales organization. Holds the team accountable to meeting risk and regulatory deadlines.
      • Identify new business and growth opportunities by client, product, and segment strategy.

      This leader will partner closely with:

      • Segment Strategy and Product Leaders to design solutions to meet needs by client segment. These products may include commercial account services, balance investment management; cash concentration solutions; supply chain, trade, and equipment finance as well as foreign exchange.
      • Line of Business leaders and their teams to ensure alignment and implementation of sales goals. Requires navigating across a complex matrix of stakeholders to ensure implementation and fulfillment across segments.
      • Digital Team to deliver a streamlined customer experience via APIs, Vantage desktop and mobile capabilities. Must rally around the digital strategy by improving technology, capabilities, and customer adoption.
      • Onboarding and Operations to ensure that the national dedicated client servicing teams have the tools and infrastructure to enable an exceptional and repeatable client experience that meets our desired standard and is aligned to the segment specific client management model.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 8+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 4+ years of Management experience

      Desired Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree business, economics, finance
      • 15+ years of experience in financial services
      • Must have extensive payment experience and demonstrate a clear understanding of the industry trends, competitive landscape and needs of the customers.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L end-to-end. Must have a clear understanding of the drivers of revenue and expense including indirect expenses from the line of business partners to deliver the desired business outcomes.
      • Must consistently identify, measure, and control risk so that it remains within the Company’s risk appetite.
      • Proactive and transparent approach to regulatory engagements and interactions.
      • Ability to attract strong talent and retain a high performing team and develop specialist talent to lead a transformed organization that is focused on product and solution selling.
      • Value and promote diversity and inclusion at all levels and activities to create a culture where diverse populations are valued and thrive. Recruit, develop, and retain strategies for top talent.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of key trends in technology and the application of technology.
      • Proven track record in transformation of a sales organization.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of working capital management solutions, capital markets and the extension of credit.
      • Proven leader of people and large teams who can build a high performing sales organization; providing skill and career development and coaching to direct reports.
      • Proven experience managing and governing risk.
      • Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and global environment with multiple and senior stakeholders.
      • Intellectually curious leader with a proven track record of developing and scaling innovative solutions.
      • Demonstrated tendency for action, operating with a sense of urgency using agile practices for continuous delivery.
      • Experience leading with a data-drive approach to deliver innovative solutions with a customer-centric approach.
      • Excellent communication skills and can build productive relationships across many stakeholders.
      • Results oriented: executes through critical thinking, data analysis and innovation techniques.

      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel 50% of the time

      Pay Range

      $207,900.00 - $431,900.00
