  Position Overview
  
  The Treasury Management Services Specialist is responsible for supporting all Treasury Management products and service activities, including but not limited to Business Online Banking, ACH Inquires, Wire transactions, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture support. The Specialist is expected to make outbound calls to our business clients to offer products and services to satisfy their banking needs. The ideal Specialist is proficiently providing product implementation and technical support to clients to ensure their banking needs are met.

  Role and Responsibilities
  

  • Deliver Six Diamond Experience to all clients while providing accurate information while maintaining bank integrity and following policies and procedures
    
  • Responsible for the incoming call support, maintenance, and escalation of clients needing a reset/reissue of Login and/or Password
    
  • Process requests from clients in a professional manner and maintain established Service Level Agreements
    
  • Support Treasury Management Services requests via telephone and email
    
  • Review client’s banking relationship and present financial solutions to maximize banking relationships
    
  • Set up customer accounts and users for business online banking system features, usage, and hardware
    
  • Provide support, train, troubleshoot, and educate clients on remote deposit capabilities
    
  • Process ACH files, initiate, approve wire transfers, and provide support for other online banking system features, usage, and hardware
  • Identify and resolve client issues and responds to all questions and concerns in a timely manner
    
  • Process "day to day" business online enrollments and maintenance changes, positive pay decisions, ACH origination file approvals, within department service levels
    
  • Responsible for daily monitoring including but not limited to, maintaining and verifying ACH transactions, RDC limits, and Funds Transfer increases
    
  • Process ACH Returns for Business Online Banking transactions
    
  • Review, monitor, and detect fraudulent activities from email requests to mitigate risk and loss exposures
    
  • Execute Know Your Customer and due diligence policies to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and financial loss to the bank
    
  • Identify exceptions or recommend products, procedures, or services that may streamline the client’s interactions
    
  • Complete beginning of day and end of day balancing with 100% accuracy
    
    

  Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; some college preferred
    
  • 3+ years of related banking experience with emphasis on business products and services
    
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    
  • MS Word, Excel, and Internet skills
    
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide thorough training to clients
    
  • Ability to work efficiently in a multi tasked environment, maintaining a professional image
    
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
    
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgement in non-routine matters
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
    
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
    
  • Exhibits a sense of urgency in a results-driven environment
    
  • Uses effective problem-solving skills to resolve client issues
    
  • Basic clerical skills, including filing, retrieval of documents, proof, and edit routine office correspondence, reports and forms
  • Must be punctual and reliable
    
  • Self-motivated attitude to assist and troubleshoot technical issues for clients with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Knowledge of banking industry and requirements unique to Treasury Management is preferred
    
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management Products and Services as well as the applications used to support them
